Beim Messerschmied wo T. ganz lange bleiben darf und sich lange mit dem Messerschmied unterhält. Schon sein Grossvater und sein Vater waren hier Messerschmiede und nun arbeiten sein Sohn und seine Tochter ebenfalls in Atelier.
T. stays for a long time at the knife makers and has a good long talk with the knife maker. His grandfather and his father were already knife makers and now his son and his daughter are working at the workshop, too.

Kretischer Geburtstagskuchen - für uns mal untypischerweise nicht selbstgebacken, da wir hier in der kleinen Wohnung nicht alles dazu hatten. So haben wir jedoch die Gelegenheit typische kretische Desserts auszuprobieren und sie sind lecker, sehr süss, aber lecker.
Cretan birthday cakes - untypically for us not self made, as we didn't have everything we needed for baking in our cosy little flat. But this offered us the occasion to try out different typical desserts and they were yummy, very sweet, but yummy.
